As an independent business we like to be transparent about our delivery charges. We don’t intend to make a profit from delivering orders to our customers, so we charge a fee for deliveries, rather than increase product prices to cover these costs.

Our flat-rate delivery fee is charged at £4.95 to UK Mainland postcodes

    • Orders over £100 will automatically apply for FREE UK delivery.


    We aim to deliver your lovely parcels to you within 3 to 5 working days, if not before.

    Delivery times are not guaranteed but we aim to deliver within the time frame quoted.

    UK mainland delivery only.

    Delivery of goods will be sent to the address specified on your order. It is important that when making an order, your delivery address is accurate as we do not accept any liability for loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.

    Orders made after 3pm will be dealt with on the next working day.


    We want you to feel like every item is the perfect match for your home. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll help you get it sorted and have you on your way.

    If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return within 14 days, in an unused condition and original packaging for a full refund. Returns postage is not refunded.

    Sale items are non-refundable.

    All refunds are processed when goods are received and can take up to 7 days.

    We advise you to get proof of postage.

    However, if your item is damaged and defective these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.

    To start a return, please contact us at Brooklands Gifts and Interiors by emailing - subject: Damaged Goods, with details of the fault and/or damage as well as photographic evidence where possible.

    Goods can then be exchanged like for like or given a full refund.

    We cannot be held responsible for any damaged goods reported after this period.

    Refund options 

    You can choose to receive store credit for your return or have the original payment method refunded. Any associated return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
